    The SB series standoff insulators are pivotal in cutting-edge energy sectors, including battery packs for new-energy vehicles, energy storage systems, and photovoltaic inverters.

    In new-energy vehicle battery packs, these insulators ensure the safe isolation of circuits, effectively preventing current leakage and maintaining the stable operation of the entire battery system.

    Within energy storage systems, the SB series busbar insulators provide robust support, enabling stable performance in complex electrical environments.

    These tests include:
    Long-Term Operation Tests in Simulated High-Temperature Environments: By placing the insulators in a high-temperature test chamber with varying temperature gradients and durations, we monitor changes in performance indicators such as insulation resistance and dielectric constant under high-temperature conditions.

    Simulated Humidity Environment Tests: Utilizing professional humidity test equipment, we control environmental humidity levels and observe the surface conditions and electrical performance of the insulators under different humidity conditions.

    Durability Tests: Simulating current shocks and mechanical vibrations encountered during actual use, we evaluate the performance stability of the insulators over extended periods.

    1. lnsert conventional materials, such as copper and iron. Stainless steel and aluminum inserts can be customized;
    2. Type 2-4 screw length, as shown in figure CLASS1-5; a non-conventional screw length canbe customized;
